What Every Chemist Should Know About Patents

This 2002 Internet publication produced by the American Chemical Society (ACS) and available on the ACS Web site was written and edited by Le-Nhung McLeland for the ACS Committee on Patents and Related Matters. It serves as a patent primer for scientists and engineers, as well as business managers and attorneys who are not patent specialists. The pamphlet will be available in hard copy at a nominal cost from the ACS at the end of 2002.
